Any violations of the above Terms & Conditions will result in eviction without refund, and any additional fees will be charged automatically to the card on file if any of the following occur:
ADDITIONAL FEES: Lost Key $25/key; Smoking/Vaping Inside $500; Excessive Cleaning $250 - $1,000
Unregistered Guest on Property $200/person and immediate eviction without refund.
Destruction of Property billed at replacement value plus shipping.
DEPOSIT, BALANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and/or changes must be received by email.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Single night stays require 100% payment at the time of booking. Deposits are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations that occur within fourteen (14) days of arrival date. No refunds for early departures or no shows. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
For Bash at the Bay reservations, the balance needs to be paid in full a month prior to check-in upon which the deposit
and balance become non-refundable for any reason.
